Delivery Timeframe
- Inside Dhaka: Usually delivered within 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
- Outside Dhaka (Nationwide): Delivered via partner courier services within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation.
- Special Circumstances: During natural disasters, public holidays, or unforeseen socio-political disruptions, delivery times may slightly extend.

Delivery Charges
- Inside Dhaka: Standard flat rate of ৳ 80 (subject to product parcel weight).
- Outside Dhaka: Standard courier delivery charge of ৳ 150 across Bangladesh.
- Promotional Free Shipping: Special campaigns or threshold purchases may qualify for free delivery, as highlighted on product & checkout pages.

Order Processing
- Daily orders received before 2:00 PM are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following working day.
- Our customer representative will call your provided phone number to confirm your order details and delivery address. Unreachable or unanswered phone calls may cause a delay in shipment.

Parcel Receipt Guidelines
- When the delivery personnel reaches your destination, please thoroughly inspect the outer parcel and packaging before accepting.
- If you notice package tampering, tears, or any external damage, inspect the contents in the presence of the delivery person and promptly reach out to our customer care helpline.
